You know a HD guy would take a SGS. The others are boring and any modded Dyna is just for bar hopping and town riding. I never ride my FXDC in town but I also never see a modded Dayna out of town. I think it has to do with a fear of bug splats.

Rode from FL to CA on my WG, threw a couple bags on, windshield, mustang vintage with backrest; wouldnt have it any other way!

Did 25 days and 7600 miles cross country in Aug on my 09 Street Glide and it performed flawlessly and comfortably. Once home and about to turn 50k miles decided it was the right time to let it go. Picked up my SGS 3 week ago and have done about 2k miles on it. Power and comfort will make it an even better cross county bike than the 09 was. JMO
