FXDX Shock Rebuild?
Can the Showa shocks from my 2001 FXDX be rebuilt? One is blown out.

I have some stock 12" ones off a 2010 fxd Ill sell if your interested. pm me if your interested, I only used them for 1 month

I think you'll find them an improvement over the stock ones.

You wanna get rid of the one that's not blown? I've got a blown one as well... I'd take em both, I guess, if the money were right.

I don't know what a good set of OEM Showa shocks goes for, I didn't look. My only decision was Works trackers (because they look like OEM and they are not too expensive) or Ohlins with the piggyback just for the pimp factor. I chose the Works.
I think I'll keep the OEM shocks I have just to give to the next owner if he wants them.
