What is the best shocks for a Dyna model, I am after making the best wheelie Dyna setup?

Usually that wheelie question is about how to make enough power to do it, not what shocks are best. Give us some more details- like what year and model you have, mods, etc.

I would think going to a 13" would help. The higher the rear of the bike the easier it should come up.

Actually, a shorter shock moves more weight the the rear tire contact patch and lessons it in the front.

A big sprocket on the rear, lower tire pressure on the rear. Will help more then
shocks

this will do it

if you want to buy shocks anyway i have been happy with my Ricor 12.5 sport tune.
the only shocks i have used on my bikes are progressive, ricor and stock. so i dont know much about the other brands.

Well if he is not a troll I say asking this question sure show's the rider does not have the skill set needed to be worrying about doing wheelies. or i highly doubt he be asking such a question.
