Even new levers may rattle/shake ... Some wave washers may help.

Check out Oberon Performance for really well made adjustable levers. I ran them on my race bikes and they've never let me down with their quality.

replace the plastic spring clip under the lever, then adjust your clutch, from there make sure the brake side plastic bushing sleeve is not worn, levers should not rattle and shake, another option is to powder them, or the perch/master, give them a touch more thickness

Replace the spring clips...I keep several spares on my shelf for this reason.
Haven't had to replace either one on my Dyna yet, but did on my Sporty a couple times.
Problem solved.

The Oberon levers are really nice. I sell them as well. They are adjustable and work very well. Here is a set on our VROD. For specific pricing and such please PM or call me.

Do they make adjusters in orange? I noticed that only some of their parts have options for orange anodize. I have an orange problem and need a fix.

Yes, I can get the lever in black with orange ***** or in chrome with orange *****.

Colors available for the ***** are red, blue, orange, yellow, and gray. Levers available in chrome or black.

Joe, they are on my list too. They are really nice looking. It seemed as if it stopped better with this brake lever as well. I am not sure if it is the lever itself or if I imagined it but it was like 1 finger stopping power on a rice rocket.
