Default 14 Street Bob Seat (Dead Horse I Know) Specific Quesiton

Hello, I know this topic is a dead horse that has become a zombie and then killed again but I do have a question a few specific questions. I want a solo seat that is somewhat comfortable. I do a few 300+ mile rides a year. I also want to be placed down and back on the bike. I read a lot of good reviews on the Corbin Hollywood solo but I will be using a Motherwell rack and I don't think Corbin's mounting system will allow access to the seat bolt. I sent Sick Saddles an email a few days ago to see what their suggestions were. I keep coming back to the Lepera Bare Bones seat. I did have one on my old WG and it looked great and seating position was perfect but comfort was bad for long rides. I have also read some decent reviews on the Lepera Silhouette. The Lepera seat I had was basic no Biker Gel. Does the Biker Gel make a big difference in comfort? Also, what about one of those removable pads for the seat? I've never had any experience with them but that may be perfect for a trip, then remove it when you get to your destination.

My wants:

Down and back on bike.

Minimum look on the bike.

Decent Comfort (I know I will have to sacrifice some comfort for looks).

Access to the seat bolt for my Motherwell Rack

Thanks for the help!!

I have a C&C solo. Had it for 5 years now and it still looks good and comfortable. 300-400 miles days are no problem for me on this seat. This seat sits you down and back an inch.

I have the bare bones w/ gel and I have had many full days in the saddle. Would I want to ride across country? No. But it isn't terrible for a seat designed w/ looks in mind. It also sits you further away from the bars which I like because I'm 6'7''. I couldn't compare it to the version without gel as I've never sat on or rode with one. I had always owned sport bikes that had seats similar to sitting on cement so I guess I have more tolerance.

Take a look at the Mustang Wide Tripper Solo. Mustang always gets rave revues about their comfort, mine included. I went with the Wide Tripper with backrest (makes so much difference in comfort). You will also have access to the seat screw with this seat. It is a great looking seat that is comfortable even without the backrest.
