I am thinking the stock handlebars on my 06 Wideglide just aren't wide enough as compared to the forks. I would like to get a wider set. What suggestions are there and I would like to get something that I don't have to change or lengthen any of the wires or cables. I would just like a wider space between the uprights.
The stock spacing looks too narrow. The stock bars on my bike are the chubby 1.25" Here is a pic...

 

I felt the same way on my 06 wide glide the bars don't look right. I was looking at putting 14 on mine, but I traded it in before I got the chance to get new bars.
