MP3 in the pocket, with comfortable earbuds, makes cranking some Slayer or Anthrax more enjoyable.

if you do go the headphones way I suggest this bluetooth receiver thing... turns any pair of headphones into bluetooth and has controls on it

best bit is that the buttons are easy to press with gloves on

Radio? As in AM and FM? You could put your iPhone or Android on your handlebars and listen to the Tunein app. Get a bluetooth or buds for your helmet.
I have one of these on my BMW.

This device is pretty neat, only thing I didn't see that would be good to have on this is if it's water tight. I would hate to be using this and get hit by some bad weather and it fries.

Cuts down on the wind noise also.

i use jvc marshmellow ear buds, the fit into your ears is much better than regular ear buds that fall out and you get a better bass response and less wind noise. hooked into my mp3 player and i'm rockin to some Ozzy Speak of the Devil!!!!
