Need TQ Specs
I am looking for as many TQ Specs as possible. I have never worked on a Harley before but I do have extensive experience in building and racing cars over the last 24 years. I will be installing Pipes and an Airfilter on my bike. Along with TQ Specs do you guys recommend loctite? If you do what level are you guys using and on which bolts? Thank you for your guidance.

For the exhaust flanges - https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...ut-torque.html
I dont think you need loctite and anything you mentioned - maybe the two large allen bolts that hold the AC on but Im not sure. Mine stay tight without it....

Generally, yes, use blue (242) Loctite on almost all frame and structural fasteners. The exception is the exhaust/head joint where the heat will break it down quickly. You won't need it there anyway. Obviously internal engine fasteners need to be assessed individually.
I used it on my intake install because I've seen them work loose.
You should never need red (271) Loctite unless you have a fastener you never want to remove. Red will break loose on course threads over 1/2" (like shock bolts) but it's overkill.
