Anyone running chrome short shots on a street bob (denim black)

Trying to decide on black or chrome .. don't necessarily want to 'black out' the bike but I like the black and i also like a bit of chrome but not seen a bike running the chrome ones as everyone seems to have the black

I went with black- I like how the chrome pipes underneath peek out after the tips of the black. Always a personal choice. Im not a fan of 100% black nor am I a fan of 100% chrome either. I do prefer 85% black with nice chrome highlights. Adds to the contrast-
Maybe buy two sets and do one pipe chrome and one black!? That would stand out haha

 

It doesn't have to be black out imao. I don't have a denim black but love chrome pipes. I love black pipes especially gloss black but I have never seen one without scratch and melted rubber.

 

Chrome, to me that's one feature I want to keep non black but it's really up to you!

 

You know what? Your denim black does look different, love it!

 

Even on bikes with a lot of blacked out stuff I like chrome or stainless pipes. I've been slowly ditching some of the chrome stuff on my Street Bob but my exhaust is SS.

 

Sweet scoot. Is she lowered at all? I love a nice black bob with some pipes and laced wheels in chrome!

Chrome short shots are cheaper too. Go chrome with those pipes, I like that look.

 

I know it's not denim but it is black! Get some BCT thunder baffles for them too. Get some torque back and sounds badass! They sound good stock to though! I was skeptical when I bought them, but they were on clearance for $100 at my dealer so I said what the hell! I'm happy with them!

And when I had more chrome, not much but a good blend then I got on the blacking out kick!

Think I'll probably go chrome .. I do like the black but I want keep some chrome on the bike as I love it when the sun hits it!!
