The usual places are Kutter-HD, Surdyke, New Castle HD (google for their websites) and you can enter PN's for 20% off typically.

For charging system parts I think its best to upgrade to Cycle Electric whenever anything goes. They're a good company and engineer their stuff to a higher standard than OEM. Check them out there: http://www.cycleelectricinc.com/

I've got the same problem. I called Chicago HD (chicagoharley.com)for the regulator and they quoted me 153 over the phone, didn't mention anything about 20% off, did I miss something? I'm seeing mid 120's for other dealers online.

I did a quick 2 minute check on HD PN 74631-08A and got this:

Surdyke and New Castle: $122.88
Kutter: $127.00
Latus: $153.99

Bunch of aftermarket stuff that is cheaper and more expensive.

Be sure to check shipping charges.

I am not sure what you are looking for. Do the math. HD mfg retail is $153.99. If you are looking for 20% off of list (retail), then Surdyke and Castle are 20% off at $122.88...Kutter's price is 18% off retail. If you are looking for cheaper, then there are some really cheap replacement voltage regulators out there but remember, you may just get what you pay for...cheap junk. Just say'n...
