Default Anyone have pics of their street bob with 12.5 or 13 inch rear shocks?

Getting ready to go up to either 12.5 or 13 inch rear shocks, but I am worried about how it will look with the chopped fender. Anyone running anything higher then 12 inch and have any pics??

I bet if you looked thru the club/thug bike thread there would be some bobs with taller rear shocks.

Remember, the shocks are on a slant. So, you only get 1/2 the rise. 13 inch shocks will only raise the bike 1/2".

I had 13" on my sportster, but also used Intiminators in front, which equaled out the pitch.

12.5 aren't really noticeable, 13" and above you really notice it.
Here are 12.5 on my superglide:

Thanks for the pic! Yea you can't really tell at all on yours because of the full fender, but I have the chopped fender so I think it might be more noticeable

I believe mine are 13 air shocks. I usually run saddle bags so you can't really tell. Not very noticeable when you sit on it but when its parked....looks like a hooker with her dress flipped up! I'm doing a fender swap to a SG pretty soon though.

I put 13" shocks on my friends street bob and it did look kinda high. He put the next size up tire and it looked better.

Yes it might make your butt look bigger...but you know what they say...
more cushion for the pushin....not a bad thing

13" shocks are huge inprovement for the bike behavier!!! The travel of suspension is the answer for the better drivebility!!!
My caferacer is now really top notch for cornering!!! I have 13" progressive 444 rear and lowered 1,5" front end with ricor intiminators. Truetracks and brembo brakes! Great ride!!

Anyone know of a spacer to extend a stock shock instead of buying a longer shocks to raise the bike?
