Hi I was working on my dyna glide. Changing the fluids and filters. When I was finished I noticed the fuel gauge not working. Then I noticed that the horn, turn signals, odometer and tach inop. There are no fuses to check, there are 4 silver heavy duty fuses that are studded under a cover on the left side. I checked key on power, has power in and out. Lastly when the key is on the headlight blinks dim then bright and one of the silver heavy duty fuses makes a clicking sound. I am stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
