Confused. Solo Rack & Pass Pillion?
Like to have the option to take a som1 now and then. The HD catalogue claims that the Solo Rack #52796-09 has a weight cap of 10lbs, yet they offer the Passenger Pillion #52689-09 for the rack. What gives?
Anyone have the Pillion for the rack and take a passenger?
Thnx.

I've had the rack+pillon for a few years and it's been great. The little woman rides about a dozen times short trips a year, so I didn't want a 2-up seat on the bike all the time or even have two seats to keep changing. This offered the best of both worlds in my opinion. I have the solo look I want, my seat never leaves the bike, I have extra storage possibilities, and when she wants to go for a spin we throw the pillion on.
Oh yeah, get the pillion back support / sissy bar too. It makes a huge difference.
