excessive vibration/rough ride. advice?

pulled the mount. thing was covered in oil and grime.
no clue what this is supposed to look like.
any opinions?

My motor mount looked good. I replaced it at 12,000 miles on 2010 wide glide..
Big difference. Night and day.

An overly tight primary chain will cause bad excessive vibrations

That mount is shot. It's probably a little wobbly in the corners too right? Replace it with stock or a quality aftermarket. You'll find a lot of guys using the vibratechnics version and it helps handling as well.
