I'm having the same issue, left turn signal want out last week and today I noticed the high beam indicator as well. Not covered under warranty and $108 to replace.
Next time you replace it use a very very liberal amount of dielectric grease completely covering both sides of the circuit board and the connection, and that will protect it from any water, you should never have to replace it again.
I just noticed the left signal indicator not lighting up on my 2015 RK yesterday, will have to check if the high beam indicator works. Is this an item that is covered under warranty if the bike is still under warranty? thanks in advance for replies.
All fixed now. I got a new wiring harness from a wrecked bike.
Happy to finally have it working.
It only took about 15 minutes all up.
I have the same issue on my 13 flstfb
I have the harness and was checking stuff out. The connections are in the front of the tank but a little deep to grab onto. Did you have to move the tank or pull on the connector? Not sure if there’s enough slack or not.
Same problem with my 2015 Sportster 883. It seems ridiculous to pay $150 every time this happens. Harley needs to take a look at this as a chronic problem since everyone in the forums is mentioning the same problem with the left indicator LED. Im not paying so long as the actual signal works.

Same problem with a 2015 Fatboy Lo, refused to buy new harness (72657-12) for $120 so kept messing around with circuit board until I inadvertently found a fix. I was connecting the orange/red wire coming into the circuit board with other points, and was getting miscellaneous results, but one thing I discovered was that all the LEDs were functional., so I knew it had to be a short somewhere in the board circuitry. When I finally jumped between the red/orange solder joint and one side of the Oil Red LED, all function seems to have been restored. I then soldered a jumper wire to the 2 connections on the board and all is working so far. My problem was that the right turn signal indicator light was solid on, all the time, the oil red LED was very dim, and had no high beam indicator or turn signal indicators, even tho all lights were fully functional. All indicators work now.
This is my third time that my Harley is showing damage again, I was wondering if I can replace the whole circuit with only 12v bulbs. Or is there a generic circuit in china or something?
