Some nice lower bars with some engine enhancements like a w8 with high lift springs, roller rockers and newer cam bearing or just go w/ JIMS lifters, thunderheader and leave the engine paint as is. I'd roll on some stinky twinkie at a light rev her up, drop the hammer then wait at the next stoplight and ignore him, don't even acknowledge them. Lol

Been busy at work 12-15 hour days plus snow and ice removal. Cleaned up the wiring harness . Not much needed in pretty good shape for a 91. Got a care package in mail...set of original FXR shocks (thanks Brian)
Pulled rear bag guards /crash bars. Off to flea bay they go. Cleaning parts and getting ready to put motor back together.
Moving the shocks to forward upper holes on FXR frame....what fender struts do I need? Have the FXRP ones that let the shocks stand up straight. Don't like

Thanks for the help. Found some struts. Found a hinge and latch for seat. Got a older original seat. All from some pretty nice guys just wanting to see this old dog stay as it was. Don't have motor done yet. But did finish up heads. This is what it looks like. Trying to keep her like 91.

Found this:
The Andrews EV3, EV27 and Crane 310. These are the best bolt-ins. Have good torque in the 2000-3000 region with plenty of pulling power. They run good as a bolt in-but with shaved heads, good carb and exhaust really make the bike run like the Motor Company should have done in the first place. They will give 65-70 horses with a good carb and exhaust.
