Default 94 Ultra classic good battery / wont start

Just got a 94 ultra classic (all bells & whistles) brought back from NM to Pittsburgh. Ran great but hit the cold and no surprise, battery cranks dead. Put a trickle on it and battery is strong. Cranks great now but will not start no matter how I choke it. Any advice to get it started? Need to get it to notary for title transfer. Rode it for a week in the southwest but once in Pittsburgh, seems like it's in shock due to the cold. Any advice appreciated.

Why not take it to the DMV in the trailer?

good question. may be dumb answer but it's sitting in a 5x8 box trailer (only source of hauling I had). very hard for anyone to climb around and verify. DMV says they need to see entire bike. Would trailer it over and roll out but afraid if I cant start it to ride back in. Kinda heavy to push back up the ramp.

Yes, full tank & fuel line turned on. Afraid fuel line may be clogged or half frozen since it's been sitting in freezing temps for about 10 days now. opinions ???

I know in extreme cold conditions no choke and 2 full throttle pumps and crank, no start, 2 more full throttle pumps. Sometimes I will do this three times before it starts to start and keep repeating till it does stay running. Is your motor stock or built?

You could try removing the drain plug in the carb bowl and see if gas comes out,if empty then there is a clog in line or stuck needle valve ect.

I'd say the bike needs to come off the trailer either way now. Once it is off, you can diagnose the no-start condition, fix it, put it back on the trailer, bring it to the DMV or whatever for inspection and you'll be OK. If you have spark, I'm guessing a carb problem. Choke not working? Is this a stock carb?
