Long story short, after talking with human resources I am not going back to work until July 7th and will remain on full pay.

I ordered another factory wheel that should be here Monday.
After I get it I will double check all measurements and then alter the wheel according to the measurements.

This has become a way bigger project than I ever thought it could be!!!!

Got the new wheel in today.
Now to figure out the best way to measure what I need.
I've got a good guess but I'm NOT a machinist so this may take a while.

Wow, I didn't think dual disks were that much wider. Glad you are still above water. Didn't any Heritages or Fatboys come with dual disk? I guess I've never noticed. Good luck.

They all came with a single disk.
It isn't that the disks are that much wider it is that stock Heritage and Fatboy trees are that much narrower.
1/4" from what I've been told.

I think I have found a local machinist to do the job but I've been too busy to get anything done.

Update
The machine shop that I was thinking about using can't do it.
I found a machinist that is willing to come by and give me an accurate measurement so that I can go to another machine shop and have them turn the wheel down.

One of these days I'll get it done.
