What are your plans for it?

Yes, it runs great....93" motor with Edelbrock heads and cam and Wiseco pistons, shortened Thunderheader and a Mikuni HS42 carb, the motor was just done by a local shop and the guy is giving me the receipts.
My plan for it is to build and FXRT out of it...I have a complete fairing and lowers and all of the related hardware and a set of clamshell bags and hardware and a fresh FXRT seat set.
The guy that sold it to me said that he was gonna be away for 15 months and that he really needed the money more than the bike at this point.
