1993 heritage soft tail
My brother in law bought one , he knows nothing about motorcycles and will probably never ride it one of those hard ship buys. I offered him 5K what he paid for it.The bike is in very good condition and original except cams and supper trap air intake. The title is 93 making it nostalgic and limited with 2500 made for that year. I haven't found any number around the fuel tank. I did find LA7722 whatever that is. I think its still worth 5k .

It has 33,500 miles . My question is the 93 heritage being nostalgic and where to find the numbers . I have googled the 93 and its telling me the bike is rare because harley only made 2500 soft tails for 93 . I rode the bike and twisted it half way and the torque came on hard launching the scoot along nicely. NO pics I just didn't think about the forums. The bike is black making me think it was painted at least the fender.

My research (and the picture) shows The MoCo produced 2700 of the Nostagia aka MooGlide FLSTN. 2000 were for USA dealers, the remaining 700 were for export. 1993 was the only true MooGlide. Although The MoCo produced the FLSTN in later years, they were not Nostagia's, but rather Specials and Deluxes. And, although production may have been limited (in the early 90's Harley had a demand versus supply problem), none were numbered.
Well, if you're thinking it's a rarity, because of limited production, that got ruined when it was repainted.
