Default 95 Nostalgia Accessory Circuit Breaker ?

My 95 Nostalgia is having a electrical issue. The bike fires up but as soon as its turned to the on or start position the instrument lights and the front head lights cut out and the accessory circuit breaker trips and i turn it off and then I hear the accessory circuit breaker click back on? I replaced the 3 15amp circuit breakers and it still does the same thing? Can anyone else help me diagnosis this problem?

I noticed that the white wire in the headlight harness was loose and not all the way crimped in its connector I will replace that and re crimp it today. However would that cause the circuit breaker to trip?

I also noticed that the front fender little headlight bulb was out would this also have something to do with the accessory circuit breaker tripping?

There is a wire shorting out somewhere maybe where the rear taillight wires go thru the back fender ?

It sounds like a shorted wire somewhere to me too. An open circuit such as a burned out bulb or disconnected wire wouldn't do that (unless the diconnected wire comes into contact with the frame or ground) If your tip light is not burned out, maybe that wire is frayed underneath your front fender and touching ground, that would do it. Test the tip light and if it is good then that wire is shorted or opened somewhere.
