Default Why Evo?

Well, let's hear it evo guys. why go with an evo engine? why the twin cam hatred? why is an oil leak like an old battle scar that you brag about how many quarts you put in this week?

Edit: that's called sarcasm, i really am looking for evo knowledge

Ok I'll bite, lets see, 85,000 on my 1995 Standard dresser, no leaks, no motor work, barber883 built carb, single fire ignition, V&H True Duals with Oval mufflers, 48 miles a gallon.
My 2013 Slim lucky to get 40 miles a gallon, yes bigger motor, I don't hot rod my bikes, FM Micro tuner, ARNess Big Sucker, V&H Twin Slash mufflers, with today's tech I think mileage should be better on a late model Harley imo, and I don't hate TC's just think they could do better on mileage, over and out.

Because its paid for?

If I had CASH to do so, and most of the guys here know it, after I test rode and liked it, I'd buy a street glide......... 2014 that is.

Don't get me wrong, I love my Heritage..........

You don't know very much about EVO's do you?
Before you come in here and try to start **** try learning something about what you are talking about.

Do I hate TC's - no but I don't like them either.
I don't add oil between oil changes.

wring out your panties there big boy. after you're done using tissues, continue reading. You are correct to assume i know very little about evo's. as a matter of fact, i know NOTHING about evo's. starting trouble? not a chance, tiger. i was asking so that someone with intellect would actually give me some information about the harleys of old. some people like to learn, some people like to gripe... obviously

A twin cam Evo would be the answer. No chains where gears should be. No injection where a carb should be. I could go on but then Id be a hater.
Oh yea, ever hear don't mess with Texas?

If you wanted an intelligent conversation why did you start it with insults?

Here I'll even give you an example.

Why do y'all like EVO's better than Twincams.
