Hi all, a few weeks ago I purchased my first HD, a 2001 Electra Glide Ultra Classic and love it, wish I would have bought a Harley a long time ago.


It came with V&H pipes, appears to be slip-ons but not sure.


In my opinion they are not loud but my neighbor says she gets woke up every morning so I am wondering if I can get quieter baffles for it, hopefully cheaper than a new set of mufflers.


To my question, can anyone help me identify the model of these pipes from the pics, I looked for a stamp of a model number but couldn't find one.

They look like just the Standard Slash Down Slip-ons. I wouldn't worry about the neighbor too much, she'll get used to it.

I had a neighbor asking me to not let it idle long after starting as it was too loud.
But for me it was just not loud enough.
