cfr exhaust question
Has anyone used cfr exhaust with baffles in the headpipe..Does it help the low end?
Do they change the tone of the exhaust much and in what way?Which baffles should i buy?
I just bought a new set of Cfr's..Love the sound..Hoping i don't lose a lot of noticable tq.

Well, I had my LHDD install my CFR pipes and a set of the V&H's head pipes as well as the SE stage 5 kit went from 73 HP to 113hp. Just about 50% more hp on my 14 Electra Gluide. F'N front end will come right ./ Also the 255 cams were installed to help with the low end due to the fact the CRF's are almost 5" at the tail. As far as the tone, well in the two years an 9500 miles, at least to me the tone has decreased.

Question: I own a 2007 Road glide. Head work TTS tuner cams snorkel style air cleaner Rinehart true dual exhaust & mufflers. If I change to the CFR's will they fit on the header pipes and will I need to have my bike dynoed again? Ed Engle erengle@verizon.net
