Hi,

I have posted this problem before on "fuel, ignition...etc" forum with no luck, so i am trying to find some answers.
I have had this weird problem about once month ago, after I have filled her up at the gas station: an explosive "pop" noise as I fire her up. It's the very first sound...like a shotgun! It happened intermittently it seems more often when weather is hot and I leave her on sun whole day...So I have decided to swap with my stock exhaust the Vance and Hines short staggered exhaust and the problem stopped...
Does anyone have an idea of what the problem is?
Mufflers? Heat? Leak?
