Default S&S cranks

I have been running S&S parts for at least 35 years some good some not good.

I would like to get the end users opinion on their cranks.

Has any one ever twisted one?

Has any one had one checked for balance and will they balance to the customers specifications?

I will be checking the true my self just like every crank I get or have reworked.

Any pros or cons?
Thanks
Jeff

We have relied on that company for about as many years now.
Great folks, with a great insight as well.
They'll balance to a specific gram weight upon request.
It just requires a special order work order to be completed.

Only problem I have had lately with S&S is they try to sell me things I do not want or need. I all so like to here from the end users as that is what tells the really story.

I was thinking about getting a stock 4 3/8 crank and have it worked. I do not like the new HD rods and the price comes close to buying a S&S crank.
Thanks
Jeff
