I just got a new Arlen Ness air filter, and I was curious how bad will it be to ride in the rain with it. I wouldnt worry except its one of those ones that sticks out an extra like 8 inches and I kinda worried that I f$cked myself putting it on because now I feel like I can't ride in the rain at all. It just looks to out there that it looks like it would suck in water. Any good ideas or should I put the stock filter back on?

 

I do not own one but I have read where rain does not hurt. I think they all so make a cover for them. Personally I would not run one looks like they would get in the way. All so years ago I had a falling out with Ness.

I have to wonder in a really hard rain how they will do.

I think they sell a sock for that A/C.
