Aftermarket Exhaust
So at the moment I have Screaming Eagle exhaust on a 2003 Dyna Lowrider. I need to probably put another set of pipes on as to these ones came with the bike and have been a bit mangled. My question is are Vance and Hines and Screaming Eagle exhaust the only options? If so which are better. I like the big radius and the short shots. But I just dont know whats what.Anyone have any suggestions?

Many more high quality options, just have to decide what looks/sounds best to you. Look at Bassani Road Rage and D&D Fat Cat and Bob Cat pipes. There are more - if you want to spend a little time reading use the "Search" feature here and put stuff in like "best 2 into 1 exhaust" etc, etc.....

Honestly I'd recommend buying the exhaust that you think looks and sounds the best with performance only a secondary consideration. What!? Yep, that's what I said. Look these are big beautiful American cruisers they are not all-out high performance motorcycles. I traded in my Triumph to buy my Wide Glide and IF you want an outstanding high performance bike I recommend a Triumph Speed Triple that can turn 10,000 RPM and run 160 MPH it also handles like a race bike...all of it useless on the street at legal speeds. So chasing the last 5 horsepower out of a 700 pound cruiser and settling for ugly pipes to get it doesn't make sense...to me.
With that in mind I bought Vance & Hines slip-ons for my Wide Glide because I liked the shape of the stock head pipes, they look and sound great, were easier to install than a full system and less expensive of course. And V&H is an American company that builds the product in America. Liked them so much I bought a set for my Wife's 1200 Sportster.
