Can anyone tell me if I can change the front axle on my 07 Deuce fron a 1" axle to a 3/4" axle? If I can what is involved?

You can but why? You will need an axle and a set of correct size wheel bearings to fit; same thickness as your OEM bearings if you want to maintain caliper/rotor alignment with the same outer spacers, so might have to search.

The reason is because I want to put a flush mount front axle on my deuce.(see below). The 07 Deuce was made with a 25mm front axle.

I would be careful with that axle; no softails are listed under the fitment specs.
