These jeans run large so the 10 should fit a 12. They are a low rise around 8 inches. They are the darker of the two colors.
They orginally retailed for $129. I can't remember what I got them for like $90. I wore them a few times but prefer things with armor and now I have my custom motoport gear so I have no need for them so off to a happy home. Yours for $49 including shipping via paypal.

I measured and between 32nd 33 inseam.
