Default Battery tender disconnect question

I recently bought a Battery Tender Jr to use for my WG and the instructions tell you how to initially set up and connect the tender, but it doesn't say what is a safe way to disconnect it. Since it does not have a an on/off switch, I was wondering how everyone disconnects theirs? Do you leave the unit plugged into the wall all the time and connect/disconnect at the pigtail or unplug the pigtail, then unplug it from the wall and vice versa?

Thanks!

Mine stays plugged into a strip connector with an on/off switch. I turn it off before unplugging from the pigtail.

Shut off the breaker that goes to that plug. Then, make an appointment for a service call to have a certified H-D technician come to your house and do it for you.

Hooking up I plug in to the bike then the unit to power source (wall or power strip) Getting ready to ride I unplug the bike then unplug unit from the power source. Ride safe...

Harley tech wouldn't do mine-it has to be a Harley tender. My neighbor is an electrician.I give him a few bucks to unplug it for me,and stay out of the garage while he does it.

Leave it plugged in to the wall, and plug/unplug to the bike as needed. Piece of cake.
