Twin cam 88 in a 05 SuperGlide with a 5 speed transmission:

It doesn't have a tach on the bike. but according to the charts I run it at 3300-3400 rpm for hours on end.

 

That rear 68t pulley sounds good for in town riding in my case. I need a new rear tire so might change it then. Happy turkey day to all....

 

Like said, run it on up, I usually try to cruise around the 3000 mark; usually end up around 2800-3000 when in 6th, which is 75-80mph. But 5th at 60-65mph, 4th up to 60 when cruising the twisters, and pop it down to 3rd for 45mph going around curves an crank it to 5k and shift.

 

I have a tach on a '05 RK.....most of the time around 3000-3100 rpm at any gear...sometimes running speed does not allow it, so run around 3400-3500 rpm
