Yes and they suck! They were the biggest waste of money. They claim you get better performance, I didn't notice any difference. They claim better starting, starting was the same as the regular hd plugs. They claim better gas mileage, I didn't notice any improvement. After a few thousand miles I took them out and put the hd plugs back in. When I removed the pulsestar plugs the ground electrode on both plugs had rust on them. I've never experienced that with any other plugs.
On the recommendation from someone here I tried NGK Irridium 6046 plugs and have better starting.

Don't waste your money. Go buy some beer for yourself as you'll get a better result!

Tried em. Got worse fuel milage.
