Angry Ultra Blues

I just called Harley-Davidson Customer Service, to let them know that my 2002 Ultra Classic, with 32,000 miles, took a BIG Dump, and they didn"t really seem to give a fat rats behind. I know it has no warranty left, BUT with Only 32,000 miles? They could at least send a sympathy card. And $6,500.00 later, I have a 2014, 103 with cam and Dyno Jet Programer installed. Thanks to Chesapeake Harley-Davidson, Darlington, Md.

how the hell did you turn a busted 2002 UC into a 2014 for only 6500?

$6500 has to be the down payment along with the old bike. Figure he financed $10-12k.

Garage Queens don't usually get their needed maintenance, so I'd say you got what's expected.

You're complaining that they wouldn't pay for repairs to a 13 year old motorcycle?!?

It wouldn't have mattered if your bike had 1 mile on it. The warranty period is two years.

Two.
