The Governor of South Dakota has signed SB 85 repealing the handlebar height. law.

1 FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to repeal certain requirements regarding the handlebar
2 height on motorcycles.
3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
4 Section 1. That § 32-20-3 be repealed.
5 32-20-3. No person may operate on a public street or highway a motorcycle equipped with
6 a handlebar positioned so that the grips of the handlebar are at or above shoulder height of the
7 person when sitting astride the seat. A violation of this section is a petty offense.

There are many states that enforce this law. It's just one more reason for Johnny Law to pull you over and look for other violations.

 

...and where is your reply in your critique? You didn't add value, so I guess it's in the Jack $hit category.

 

Sometimes when Jack ***** its a bigger pile than others while the funk may also take on different levels not always relative to the size of pile.
