Default 2009 FLSTC Loose Dip Stick DIY fix

Just got it and the oil stick popped out (oil level is correct (between low and full). It feels very loose so I added 2 O-rings and it tight and seals great. A few cents at any hardware store

Oil-Resistant Buna-N Multipurpose O-Ring, 3/32 Fractional Width, Dash Number 116

Here is my new member link with pics of the bike and some of my mods

I'd suggest your next "mod" would be to take the air filter off and make sure the crankcase vents are operable.[as in clean and not plugged]

My 2000 had the same issue and did the same fix years ago. Great minds think alike.
