You folks with lift tables...
Where & how do you store them? I have a decent sized 2-car garage - but it isn't oversized. This past winter I bit the bullet & stored 2 of our motorcycles at the dealer, kept the 3rd at home. Living in NE Ohio, I like to have both cages in the garage through the winter. It was just getting too tight to keep everything in there.
During the riding season, my car sits outside & the bikes take up residence in that half of the garage. I have a Pitbull lift that I stand up on end against a wall for storage. I would love to have a table, but can't imagine where I would store it when I'm not using it, especially through the winter when I have 2 cars in there.
Am I missing something? How do you guys have room for everything?

Do you have vehicle that had enough ground clearance that you can pull over the lift? My lift table is about 7 inches tall when in the down position. Option 2, if you want to get this involved, is to cut out the floor of the garage and have the lift the same height as the garage floor (when in the down position).

I suppose you could build a hoist system and then elevate it.
However if you realy want a lift you are likely going to have to decide which car to kick out of the garage.
I'm also looing at a table lift but to save space if I get one I'll likely be attaching my Condor Pitstop to it and will just park the bike on the lift.

Now that's a idea.
you could put a piece of 3/4" plywood on it and that would make a fine workbench.
For me though, if I can't just use something without going through a hassle to pull it out, assembly it, clear crap off of it or for the most just not be able to immediately use it I would just as well not even have it.
For example I've got a nice portable table saw.
I don't use it often so it gets buried behind/underneath crap.
When I could use it, it's just easier to get the circular saw out than spend 30 minutes digging out the damn table saw.
