I see I haven't changed much over the years other than my hair getting whiter and not so much of it, also lost quite a bit of muscle mass.

With that said I have to chuckle at last night. I was feeling no pain, enjoyin the buzz I had been working on when I find myself out in the work area wiping the scoot down in anticipation of today's run. Still have Jethro's 'Hot Mango Flush' runnin through my head this morning...lmbo

Same here I look back and all I can say is WHY WALTZ WHEN YOU CAN ROCK AND ROLL

 

I woke up thinking...WTF happened to that Sweet,Young,Firm,Slim,Hot P.O.A i married.......
Then i looked in the mirror and wondered,What does she see in me....
She can always loose weight......But i will always be ugly....

Bleary eyed one morning standing there in my skivvies and got a glance sideways at the big closet mirror and saw my dad, scared the hell outa me.

 

I try to run like I did when I was in my 40's because I'm scared to find out what will happen if I stop trying to run like I did when I was in my 40's. (62 on June 11th.)

 

I hate shaving that strangers face in my mirror.

 

I'd probably end up with a cardiac arrest if attempted that(52 on Nov 23rd)

 

With my five compression fractures I can't even catch my five year old g-son, let alone catch my breath.

 

and when the barber spins the chair around to give me a 360* look/see and I notice how much bigger the bald spot got since the last time I was there......(I think I'll ask him to stop doing that.)
