Can anyone identify this H-D Chrome Part?
I recently accuired a couple of boxes of old parts. I have identified most of the H-D Stuff as 1975-76 Sporster parts. I also think there is a couple of mid eighties or nineties Sportster trinkets also. Anyway, can anyone tell me what the chrome cover in the pic is? and would it fit my '05 Sportster ?

Thanks for the info. I beleive it is a oil pressure sender cover also. The belt buckle idea is pretty good also, If I had the inclination, I coul probably make a buckle out of it.
UPDATE: I found this item in the '05 Dyna catalog, it is for an EVO 84-99 Oil pressure switch cover. Thanks for the input on this.
