Default Lovebug Report

I saw exactly 1 (pair) on Friday. None yesterday or today. It's always a good sign of cooler days coming, but at their peak, I won't ride. Too much work cleaning them out of every nook and cranny.

Any other sightings? Include your location if it's not in your header.

Not here. Near the GA border 80 miles west of Jax. It'll start easing off in another 2 or 3 weeks. Average high for July and August is 91*. Average high for September is 87*, October is 81*

Giving how H-H-H(Hazy-Hot-Humid)in been in our neck of SW & SE of Fla. one can easily agree uklauren. But I've been look'n at what's been happening out in the North West and here in Northern N.E. and I see another winter like they had last year.

Actually we'll get some relief by the end of September.

September. Actually, Bainbridge GA, across the line from Florida) has a knack of scheduling their bike fest at the peak of lovebug season. Every year it happens that way.

Knowing that, Bainbridge has scheduled their bikefest for September 16-20. So... I predict lovebug peak the third week of September.

Riding on I-10 will be a nasty mess.
