OK ... So he's hoping a whole new tech forum is just for the 2016? Hmmmm?? Details can be discussed in the Rushmore discussion section. Start a discussion (thread) about it there.

The specs and info at the website tells it all.

The only new info that matters is the Road Glide Ultra with the wethead. And the CVO with the TPS. Not really sure if anything much has changed on another year of the Rushmore other than colors.

I'll keep checking back to learn more.

No, no, no. People!

He's talking about the technical forum *document* that HD presents at the dealer meeting showing all the technical details of every change to every bike.

Its a document, usually a PDF or .PPT

I've collected the 06-up ones here, so you can see what the OP is referring to.

It's official name is "Annual Tech Update" put out by Harley-Davidson. Just trying to help avoid any confusion.

Well, if you look at the actual documents, they are titled MY (for Model Year) Technical Forum. See the docs in my previous post.

Just checked out the 2015 changes from 2014 and 2013 model aspects.

Found it interesting.

Thanks for the clarification and the new insight.
