How and Where to take a Nap on the road
Where and How do you take a nap on the road? If you get tired you really need to dismount and sleep 20 minutes. Also hydrate and eat a nutrition bar. In a car, no problem. On a bike?
(Yes, I instigated the earlier thread on where/how to urinate while travelling!)

I tried a nap on the Pennsylvania turnpike in the afternoon after about 400 miles going from Cleveland to Richmond. They have pull offs every few miles just for that purpose. Just had to make certain that I was out of site from traffic because a few smart asses in cages blew their horns a couple of times just for fun.
