Default Touring shocks

Has anyone put the rear shocks from a Street Glide Special on the Ultra Limited and if so what do you think about that application. Thinking about using those to lower the ultra or should I go with the shorter air shock.

The HD Premium Hand Adjustable Low shocks in the P&A catalog are the standard shocks on the SGS. They are also the stock shocks on the Limited Low.

I have put these on my Limited, as well as the single cartridge lowering fork kit, and have no complaints about the ride. I find it better than the ride of the original air shocks.

I put SG air shocks on my Ultra, rode great until I had a passenger, the lack of travel sucked.

I have the 13 SG air shocks .40 psi when I ride solo ,50 psi with passenger and watch the potholes . When I get the cash ,ohlins, super shox or progressive shocks will be installed . Not for the ride alone but the handling .

I put Ohlins on my RG and I love them. Have about 60k miles on them and they were absolutely the best mod I did. Highly recommend them. They are highly adjustable and can be dialed in for your total bike load and riding style. They are great shocks.
