hey all,

i'm moving out to the west coast. got an apartment with my girlfriend in Renton Washington. Unfortunately, we don't have a garage. i was wondering if anyone from the are knows of garages for rent local to Renton, WA. i've tried searching google and have mostly pulled up storage facilities but was maybe looking for something that caters to cars/bikes specifically. thank you.

ps - i know there's a regional section, but it's not very active. i felt this would get more traffic here.

 

My brother owns a mini storage facility here in ky and many keep motorcycle in them.

 

I used to live in Renton and kept my bike in a normal storage facility (5x10) with 24 hr access.
Never had a problem, kept some Dri-Z with it.
There are some heated, indoor storage places also.

I used to live in Renton, and currently work there now. I don't know of any car/bike specific garages. Lots of mini storage facilities around the area. Also check out storage units in Kent, very close by.

My son lives close to Renton, he stores his small boat and trailer in a storage facility. Not sure what you're used to, but storage space is pretty expensive in the Seattle area, at least compared to Phoenix.

 

There is a Shurgard facility very close to the HD Dealer in Renton. Not sure what their prices are, but it seems to be clean, nicely maintained and it can't hurt to be close to the dealer.

 

I was the live-in manager of the small Shurgard on E. Valley Rd while on a lay off from Boeing.
I think the big one by the H-D has heated units.
