Default Harley site

So i go on the Harley site to get an owner's manual. I create a profile and all that, but all I get is a screen saying that this tool is used to get a owner's manual for your bike... And that's it. What tool? Anyone know how this works?

Site continuously locks up on me. I run W7 and Chrome. Tried IE11 too and nada. They run too much flash on the website, screwing things up.

the site is picky as to what browser you use when signing in. if I use ms edge, I get the 2nd pic with the rotating wheel and it never goes further. if I use ie then i'll get the 3rd pic where I can sign in. once signed in, I can choose which bike I want to view the manual for...

hope this helps.

I just get owners manuals for my older bikes on ebay. Usually dealers are cleaning out older stuff. You can get them close to mint.
