Default after market full exhaust systems, do they have catalytic converters? Does it matter?

Currently have a 2015 FXDWG

Looking at 2-1 exhaust systems, specifically the TBR and the Magnaflow F-bomb or riot

Do either of these have catalytic converters? Does it even matter?
Trying to read about them online but not too much info about that

I don't have any knowledge of the specific systems you mention, but typically aftermarket systems do not have catalytic converters.
At least I've never seen one that did.

After market exhausts do not include a catalytic converter in their system. The only way it would really matter if your State you reside in has a emission testing requirement your bike has to pass. Most of the aftermarket exhausts have a disclaimer which says not for street use.

My bike runs just fine with an after market exhaust and no cats. However, You must address the MAP to get the fuel, air, and timing correct. Plenty of options there.

Some after market exhaust have Cats in the mufflers, but I have not seen any with head pipe Cats. Does it matter? Depends where you live and where you bike is registered.

Passing an emissions test without a converter ( if there is still one in your area ) is a snap if the scooter is tuned properly. The converter is more like a "fail safe"

Chances are some bikes would fail the visual inspection even if they were to run clean, that's why you always want to hang on to your old parts (intake, canisters, exhaust).
