Does anyone have a gator skinned seat? Any pics? What did it cost ya? I'm thinkin of black gator down the middle with maybe some alcanterra leather (Lamborghini leather) on the sides to break it up (maybe) but after asking half a dozen local shops they look at me like I have three heads. I'm thinking I'm gonna have to send it stateside to be done. Any suggestions?

 

I have a friend that did his solo seat on his chopper in gator hide. has the bumpy side up, looked pretty good, I wish I had some pics. Gators are plentiful where I live.

Contact Alligator Bob for prices and have a look at his work! Careful how you ship or bring that across the border.....some animal hides are considered contraband!

Here's mine.

Real alligator solo seat with gel foam and alligator fender bib. I also have a 'gator tank bib that is waiting to go on to complete the look.

That's exactly what I had in mind, gator on the top only and leather on the sides just so it's not to much. Will definitely check him out and gator bob and c&c as well. Great advice checking about cross border shipping too, that coulda saved me big time. Thanks for all the replays, very much appreciated

 

I know the CVO Breakout came with that type of leather seat and I'd take it but I don't think I'd add it to my bike.
