Default Possible trip to Colorado

Hey everybody, I'm considering taking a trip down to Colorado on the bike this summer to see some parts of the state I haven't been to. I've been across a good part of the northern part of the state, across I-70, and have gone from Vail to Leadville down into New Mexico, and over to Mesa Verde, but I'd kind of like to go check out areas such as the the Royal Gorge area and the Durango/Silverton area, does anyone have any other suggestions of where to go in the central and southern part of the state ?

Ouray is beautiful. Million Dollar Highway. Ride the train from Durango to Silverton, take the bus back. San Juan Loop up to Telluride. Estes Park and RMNP.

Check in here when you're headed this way and see if anybody knows of any cool rides that are happening during the period you'll be through here.

I'd like to do the train, that sounds cool. I've already been to Estes Park and RMNP. Can't say I've been to Ouray though or the San Juan loop.

IN Durango, ride the Durango Silverton train round trio. You will not be sorry. Jaw dropping ride. Cliffs, hills, curves, etc. Drinks available in the snack car. Two hour stop in Silverton for lunch.
Make sure you ride Durango to Ouray over Red mountain pass. Hope your not scared of heights and curves with no gardrails.

if you need a break from the bike at all, a 1/2 day at the Garden of the Gods is worth the trip.

I've been all over the world, and few things have impressed me as much.

But it's a park your bike and walk thing

I want to go to Colorado, but for the wrong reasons. I would find myself in a cannabis shop he-he.
My Dad has been to Colorado and he highly recommends the million dollar high way.
