Googles with interchangable lenses...day and night. I recommend WileyX (www.wileyx.com). We (Army) get them issued because of great blast protection.

RE: Motorcycle Glasses
I've used a number of different glasses over the years, but for the past couple of years have used nothing but the Global Vision "Chicago" glasses. (link with more info below).
They are lightweight, have a number "4" wind rating which give excellent wind/dust protection, vented EVA foam padding which still allows a little air inside to prevent 'fogging', shatterproof, coated polycarbonate lens, and 100% UV protection.
I normally have a couple of pair around, and you can get them with a clear lens for riding in low light conditions, or a smoked lens for bright, sunny days.
Put a lot of miles on my bikes wearing these, and I don't have one complaint....
Best thing is, they are only like $16...
I've had a lot of glasses that had a much higher price tag, but none of them outperformed these...

I got RXinterchangable lens glasses, over the prescription sunglasses, goggles ,3/4 helmet , and a full face flip helmet.
Where i live, you can go 20 miles in either direction andit'll be 5 to 10 degrees difference. cloudy or foggy by the mountains or coast than sunny as hell in the INLANDS.
I had to try different methods of protection until I found the combination that's comfortable.
Truthfully...I started with the cheapest item to the most expensive.

Whatever I find on the side of the road!
Actually I just buy cheap pairs from Target. Best wind blocking sunglasses I've had are from there, comparable to actual goggles!
