Motor ID #'s

I bought a parts lot that had a motor and transmission in the pile. I believe it is an older 1340, but the first letters on the crankcase are EBLE. Anyone know what I might have? It has the 16721-84 heads on it. I have an FXR frame I was thinking about dropping it in.
